1. Wrong Item: If we sent you wrong product

2. Damaged Item: If your product is damaged and defective when it arrives.

*We do not provide refund once the order is placed which include prepaid and partial paid orders*

How to request Replacement

To get Replacement follow these steps:

Replacement Process

1. Review: Our Customer Service team will review your request.
2. Approval:if Approved, replacement will be shipped at no additional cost if the issue is from our side
3. Return the product:In some cases we may ask you to return the damaged or incorrect item. if so we’ll arrange for return.


Important Notes

You must request replacement within 3 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, in same condition as when you received it.
